Barely a month after Kelsey Grammer, 56, filed for primary custody of their two kids, Mason, 9, and Jude, 6, Camille Grammer fired back at her ex-husband and filed her own petition with the same request.
In the papers filed by the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star lawyers Neal Hersh and Judy Bogen grouse, it states that Kelsey's filings of their kids custody request were "done in order to create a false impression to the media and to wrongfully disparage" her" and that her ex-husband acted "in bad faith."
Camille added that she and Kelsey cannot agree to a summer custody agreement. She also feels that both of them should get one month each with their kids
