In time for the 113th celebration of Independence Day of the Philippines, ABS-CBN and its film production arm, Star Cinema, joined forces to release a star-studded music video of the Philippine National Anthem.
According to StarAd Prom, they chose to update its old music video, which was produced five years ago. They started shooting new footage for the music video last February.
The new version is already being aired on ABS-CBN and will be screened in cinemas prior to movie screenings.
It begins with a majestic view of the Banaue Rice Terraces and a native Igorot wearing a bahag while playing a flute.
Piolo Pascual is then seen carrying the Philippine flag while leading a group of runners also bearing the national symbol.
The scene then shifts to a beach where Jericho Rosales is running along the shoreline, also carrying a Philippine flag.
A colorful scene from Pahiyas is then shown, with Maja Salvador, Shaina Magdayao, Empress and Andi Eigenmann admiring a Philippine flag that passes by.
Diether Ocampo and Rafael Rosell are seen running with the flag while Mayon Volcano is flashed in the background.

An aerial shot of a church is seen before the camera zooms in to show Judy Ann Santos-Agoncillo, who sings the "Lupang Hinirang" along with other people standing around her.
Bea Alonzo and Angel Locsin, who are both in Filipiniana, are shown in the same frame. Gary Valenciano joins several kids in standing in breakwater structure while singing.
